Hey!

My name is Phedra and I’m very happy that you are here with me.

On this Website, I will challenge myself on various things I have always wanted to implement in my life as daily routines/habits and struggled to do them on a regularly base.

As a life coach, I help people to do that kind of things (and I’m pretty good at this ;-)) but when it’s about me, it’s another story.

I’ve accomplished many things such as exercising almost daily, quitting¬†smoking (cigarettes and joints), drinking a glass of wine very occasionally, eating sugar only once a week, training daily for a swimming competition…

But for other things such as waking up at 5 am daily, meditate daily, journaling, work on my projects, I’ve found it more difficult to take action. Yes, I do it for a while, but it kinds of goes like that: I start for a few days then I stop for a week or two and again.

This makes me feel incoherent. It’s not the kind of person I want to be, it’s not the image I have for myself.

I read self-help books for years now, follow programs, online courses… and I am a life coach.

I have to change and I think that challenging myself on those goals by explaining publicly how I am doing throughout this process, could help me to move forward.

So, what I am going to do here is making it happen and telling you how it’s going, how I feel about it, what are my main struggles, fears to overcome, etc…

While sharing with you my daily improvement, I’ll answer questions you could have about your own path toward the goals and dreams you want to accomplish.
